If during a C.B.T. training session you, the ‘customer’ decide to withdraw from the training day prior to its completion then the course fee is non refundable.

On the day of your reservation please try to report any travel delays as soon as possible as SMART BIKES (SWANSEA) LTD Instructors will only wait fifteen minutes from the start of a Training Session for late arrivals. However, If you telephone and speak to an Instructor in person, then, after taking other trainees’ wishes into consideration, and at the discretion of the Instructor, a decision to wait may be made.

Due to the necessity for Instructor accompaniment there may be an unavoidable delay after your Practical Test whilst the next S.M.A.R.T. Candidate is on Test.

If you do not give sufficient notice for not attending a Training Session then that Session’s fee is forfeit.

All Goods/Certificates remain the property of SMART BIKES (SWANSEA) LTD. until paid for in full.

SMART BIKES (SWANSEA) LTD. cannot be held responsible in the event of strikes, petrol shortages, road blockades or road closures.

SMART BIKES (SWANSEA) LTD. cannot be held responsible in the event of severe weather conditions.

SMART BIKES (SWANSEA) LTD. cannot be held responsible in the event of Tests been cancelled or abandoned by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA).

All Deposits/Course Fees once paid are non-refundable.

Training gift vouchers are valid for six months from date of purchase and will only be extended by mutual agreement in exceptional circumstances.

Making a payment to us means you accept our terms and conditions.

In the unlikely event of SMART BIKES (SWANSEA) LTD. cancelling Training/Tests a full refund will be given.

Our primary concern is your safety and that of other road users and pedestrians.
We unreservedly reserve the right to alter training course content/machines to ensure this.

Although SMART BIKES (SWANSEA) LTD. makes every effort to honour prices quoted, in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
